Valderrama (above), the host of the 1997 Ryder Cup, is among the new venues that will hold LIV Golf Series events in 2023. LIV’s 2023 schedule is taking shape with three more venues added. The relevant regulations are lawful and enforceable. The regulations “ cannot be said to go beyond what is necessary and proportionate to the continued operation as a professional golf tour” and the DP World Tour has a legitimate and justifiable interest in protecting the rights of its membership.
